Over the years, TELEGROUP has structured a dedicated Service to the coverage of the needs of the customers, in order to ensure a total support before and after the sale.

Service - Pre-Sale

The company, after years of experience, was able to deduce that most of the problems or failures that may occur on the equipment, can be largely attributed to improper sizing. From here, the decision to offer, from the sizing step, a pre-sales complete support, so as to put the Customer in a position to make an efficient, reliable and durable choice.

Service - After-Sale

Although with the proper dimensioning of equipment, problems or faults can be minimized, TELEGROUP, offers its customers an After Sales service, which can be done either by phone or through the intervention of our technicians on site, in reference the failure type and needs of the Customer. The Company also offers a range of Maintenance Contracts, in order to subject the unit to an annual or semi-annual test, designed to check the status of operation, to avoid the possibility of exposure to malfunctions over the years.
